One Full Saturday

Went to watch 2012 with my friends today.
The movie wasn't my selection, actually,
"The world will be doomed" is not my kind movie.
The CGI was perfect, yeah yeah,
but those stuff don't appeal to me that much.
Hain said that I cried a lot.
I did.
It was terrible to see these people had to sacrifice themselves in order to save their family,
especially parents sacrificing themselves;
or people losing family members during the chaos;
or people finally expressing their love because they knew that it would be too late if they didn't.
Ahhh.
I don't know whether I'm afraid of death,
but I'm afraid of regret.
To regret not doing something before I die.
Lots of stuff that I want to do if I was to die in a few seconds went through my mind,
or more accurately, things that I want to say.
I felt like, I need to grab a phone and shout out my feelings.

What would you do if you were to die in a few minutes, or even seconds?

After months and months of waiting,
finally, I watched New Moon today.
When I was walking out of the cinema,
I was using both of my hands to pull my hair,
shouting, "Damn it, damn it, damn it! They ruined the ending!"
How could they steal lines from Eclipse?!
Especially the marriage proposal!!!
Nnnnooooooo....
HoWeVeR
I got it wrong.
The proposal was really from New Moon,
but the "Yes" from Bella was in the second half of Eclipse.
Oh, well, my bad for getting mad.
Well, that's what I want to say about the movie for now.

Hark listen to the cast of the Twilight Saga speak Korean!

My friend, Philip Pincus and his brother, Daniel Pincus
The Beginning

Aren't they good at lip-singing?
Hahaha~

好久不见

Hello, people.
Really,
long time no see.
Haha, I haven't blogged for weeks,
because I didn't have something specific to write about.
So, erm..some updates in my life then?

1. Weeks ago, about the time when I posted my last post,
I was a little confused about "Jacob" and "Edward",
but now it's fine now.
After the clouds were gone,
everything became so sharp, clear and defined.
It was good in some ways, and bad in some ways.
Good: I feel young.
Haha.
Seriously, I realized that this hasn't happened since 2005, when I was 13.
That's a long time ago.
Whew, I feel like teenager.
And, I forgot how sweet this used to be.
Happy for just a word.
Bad: Frustration.
My heart is swelling by seconds,
it's so tempting to just blurt it out.
Haizh...and the mood swings.
If there was a word, great.
If there was none, hell, it sucks.
I'm becoming greedier day by day,
wanting for more,
kept stopping,
turning around,
to take a secret glance.

2. New Moon is officially launched in Vietnam!
Woohoo~ I'm gonna watch two movies tomorrow:
"2012" in the afternoon with a bunch of friends,
celebrating Kajol's birthday
("Edward" is not going and I'm disappointed)
"New Moon" at night with my family.
According to Phil,
the ratings of this movie is C;
but Zmin loved the movie.
Apparently, she's in love with "biscuit" again.
I hope the movie will be good.

3. SSIS Idol
I signed up for auditions and sang Butterfly Fly Away.
The results were: 一场无法战胜的初赛
Oh, well.
I wasn't upset,
because I had pushed down my hopes to a level that I won't have any disappointments.
When there's no hope, there will be no disappointments.
Just watched Finals today,
one comment: Lies.
Don't feel like talking about it,
so yeah.

4. I asked Warwick Davis,
the actor who play Professor Flitwick in Harry Potter,
a question in Twitter.
And this is his answer:

Haha.
He made my day on that day.

5. I love music.
I was watching Music-Man DVD last Friday night,
I realized that I forgotten how much I used to love Chinese music.
At that, I want to say thank you to Leehom,
for bringing back my passion.
And also thanks to a Malaysian singer,

方炯鑌

I want to listen to music again.

天黑黑

真命天子

Finally, I'm still frustrated with my situation with "Edward"
As cheesy as it sounds, I want him.
EEeeeewwwwww.

p/s: Don't be shocked.
I am 17, after all.

Ho Chi Minh City

Beef butcher for the Vietnamese,
Coffee Maker, Stacker of Nón Lá,
Player with Motorbikes and the Country's Stunning Traffic;
Windy, stormy, baking,
City of the South China Sea:

They whisper to me that you are blazing and I trust them, for I
have seen them students and teachers under the shed
dripping salty sweat from their foreheads.
And they whisper to me that you are a tornado and I reply: Yes, it
is true I have seen the umbrellas pulling humans and flip over to
pull again.
And they whisper to me that you are bustling and my reply is: On the
streets of District One I have seen the skid-marks
of rapid driving.
And having replied so I spin to those who
scorn at this foreign city, and I return them the scorn
and say to them:

Come and show me another city with rising beef aroma,
so pleased to be international, fruity, unpredictable and talented.
Weaving threads with needles making cloth
on cloth, here is a white áo dài specially made for the
striking Vietnamese women;

Hardworking as a bee flying around for honey, creative
as a cobbler making slippers, sandals and shoes,

Diverse,
Buying,
Cutting,
Digging,
Building, building, and building.

The Lifeless School

Chocolate is a powerful food, building
Fat out of the skinny bones, adding
Sugars and satisfaction, confusing
Desire with regret.
Chocolate kept kids hyper, filling
School grounds in crazy screaming, making
The school grow to life.

Speaking of school, I just realized it's the graduation season.
It was supposed to be my graduation season.
But it's not.
All my friends that are my age are graduating,
I'm seeing graduation pictures and shout outs all over the place.
My graduation is 2 and 1/2 years later.
People around me are 14, 15, 16 whilst I'm 17.
Is it normal to feel sad?

SSIS Idol again

I recorded myself singing some of Jolin's songs
I need some recommendations about which one you think suits me
for me to sing in SSIS Idol

All of the songs are recorded in one shot
so you will hear a lot of out of tune notes and wrong lyrics
and the volume is low
so you have to crank it up
Very sorry

《假面的告白》 《柠檬草的味道》 《假装》 《开场白》

《一个人》 《非卖品》 《节拍器》 《降落伞》 《我的依赖》
